1. "We have widened the scope of our offerings, expanded our market and developed a concrete plan to move us forward."

The Project:

Work with an established editing and coaching business to help them determine their competitive advantage.

What We Did:

We worked with the founder to establish the baseline narrative (positioning statement) for the company. After presenting the narrative to the team, we worked with each one to determine the core strengths of each one and how they could be in alignment with overall narrative.

Finally, we presented a new logo and brand treatments for a new website design.

3. "We're a better company because of the amount of growth we've experienced."

THE PROJECT:

Excuse Me Officer (XMO), a mobile app which acts as a intermediary between citizens and the police. XMO's founder was a candidate to compete in Entre-SLAM Chicago.

WHAT WE DID:

XMO mobile app was already receiving significant support from national organizations such as the NAACP, the ACLU and the Chicago Police Department. What was a missing was a unifying message that supported a platform that brought citizens and police together in productive, positive ways.

Our role was to challenge XMO to create a balance in their message from just focusing on the 'how' to providing a platform for collecting powerful, user generated stories to help instruct better relationships between the community and police.
